At Shred n Thread, we saw the waste and saw an opportunity. We realised that the most sustainable materials aren't the ones being manufactured in a factory today—they’re the ones already hanging in the back of a closet or sitting in a thrift bin, waiting for a second chance.

Shredding the Status Quo

Our journey started with a simple question: Why make something new when we can make something better?

We began by taking high-quality, pre-loved articles—jackets that had lost their spark and hoodies that had seen better days—and deconstructing them. We "shred" the traditional silhouette, breaking down the old to make room for the new.

What comes next is a meticulous process of fusion. We hand-select two distinct articles and restitch them into a single, cohesive masterpiece. By mixing different textures, colors, and histories, we create a garment that is 1-of-1. No two pieces are ever identical. When you wear Shred n Thread, you aren’t just wearing a jacket; you’re wearing a story of transformation.
