At Shred n Thread, we’re dedicated to making sure your experience is as unique as the piece you’ve purchased. Whether you’re curious about how we fuse our garments, need help with a custom fit, or are tracking a recent drop, we’ve got your back.

How Can We Assist You?

1. Order Support

Every Shred n Thread piece is a one-of-a-kind creation. Because our items are unique, we handle every order with extra care.

Track Your Order: Once your reconstructed piece is packaged and ready, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Modifications: If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Because our items are 1-of-1, they move fast!
Order Issues: Received the wrong item or noticed a defect? Since these are handmade fusions, we want to ensure you're happy. Reach out immediately and we’ll make it right.

2. The Gear (Product Info)

Our "Cut and Restitch" process means no two items are identical.

Sizing & Fit: Because we mix different articles (e.g., a vintage hoodie with a denim jacket), sizing can vary slightly between pieces. Always check the "Exact Measurements" section on the product page before buying.
Care Instructions: To keep your fused garment in top shape, we recommend cold washes and hanging to dry. Treat your thread with respect!
Materials: We use a mix of premium sourced articles and vintage finds to create our fusions. Expect character, high-quality stitching, and a heavy-duty feel.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship our fusions worldwide.

Processing: Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.
Shipping Rates: We offer flat-rate shipping, with free standard shipping on orders over a certain value (check your cart for details!).
International: Yes, we ship globally. Please note that customs fees for your specific country may apply upon arrival.
